Terms Of Service:
ʚɞI have the right to decline any commissions
ʚɞIt is first come first serve
ʚɞPayment must be given before I start the commission
ʚɞPlease include at least three references and detailed description when requesting a commission or I will decline
ʚɞCommissions can take up to a week to complete, please be patient, the art will be given to youWhat I Will Accept:
ʚɞI will do fanart, original characters, and slight NSFW (please dm me for more info when before requesting)What I will Decline:
ʚɞInnapropriate depictions of minors, giant mechs, elderly, and NSFW of animalsPayment
ʚɞAll Payment will be through Paypal invoices, I do not accept any type of cryptocurrency
ʚɞPayments must be confirmed first by me before the commission starts
Payments are final and not refundableCopyright Policy
I reserve all rights to my artworkThe commissioner will be allowed to:
- repost the commissioned work with credit to me, the artist
-use the work with respect to our agreement (personal or commercial)
-print, use on merch, sell artwork with proper credit to the artist (+ an additional free of 3x the upcharge price (commercial use only))Committing copyright infringement will rescind your rights to the artworkThe following is considered copyright infringement:
-using and/or reproducing the artwork against our agreement or without permission of the artist(both commercially and personally)
-removing watermarks and signatures
-altering/editing the artwork without the artist's consent
-refusing to credit the artist
-taking credit for commissioned artworkCommissioners will be given warnings up to two times if you violate the terms of service. After the second time, you will be blacklisted and unable to commission me anymore. Committing copyright infringement will get you blacklisted automatically! Thank you for your understanding.~
